Cartography: utilities and examples.

The map is the main tool of the geographer's work. The analysis of maps allows to the geographer to understand and to interpret the distribution of a phenomenon correctly. In fact, according to Peter Haggett, in The Geographer's Art, " Much of the Geography is the art of the mappable."
